Company History
As Madison's community hospital, UnityPoint Health – Meriter's mission is to improve the health of our community. Through our Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Strategy, we are focused on eliminating disparities and improving health equity. From partnering with local organizations, like the Foundation for Black Women's Wellness, Tri 4 Schools and Madison Fire Department's community paramedicine program, to providing health education to neighborhood groups, we understand that health is more than what happens inside the walls of a hospital or clinic.
